TERMS AND
CONDITIONS
Work
We provide a written estimate for the work and materials
involved before commencing working on your project. On
completion we send an invoice payable within thirty days.
Dependent upon the size of the project, we might agree with
you an interim payment.
Working within the agreed budget, Jobsmiths will meet your
exacting standards and ensure all jobs are of consistently
high quality. We engage qualified registered specialists, as
required - Gas Engineer (Corgi-Safe), Electrician (part P
domestic installation) or plasterer, etc.
Each job is timetabled to suit you and once started proceeds
without interruption until completion. Jobsmiths pride
themselves on their flexible and open approach, and always
endeavour to incorporate any new ideas you may have
mid-project. We will advise you of any price change relating
to this, or of any increase in suppliers costs.
If you are not happy with the work as it proceeds, we ask
you to tell us immediately so we can address the problem.
Snagging is completed before the job is signed off.
What if you discover a problem?
Simply tells us of any dissatisfaction or problem, in
writing within 14 days of project completion. We will
respond within 3 working days and resolve the situation,
free of charge, if it’s a result of our workmanship.
Jobsmiths have public liability insurance and can provide
references as required.
